  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8 ounces, weight Unsweetened Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 3/4 cups Chopped Pistachios, Divided
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt For Topping
  • 1/4 cups Cranberries, Dried

Directions

    Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper

    Over a double boiler, melt condensed milk, chocolate chips, Nutella, butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Moving quickly, add 1/2 cup pistachios (reserve remaining 1/4 cup for topping). Mix and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with sea salt, cranberries and remaining pistachios, gently pressing into the surface.

    Chill for 1-2 hours and cut into desired size.
