- 2 1/8 cups cold milk
- 1 egg
- 8 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 13/16 tablespoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter soft
- 1 jar Nutella
- 1 package nougat crunchy Vahine, small pieces of crunchy hazelnuts
- 1 egg for glazing
Directions

1In a food processor, place the crumbled yeast and cold milk.

2Add the egg, flour, sugar and salt.

3Knead them to form a smooth dough.

4Let it rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.

5Add the butter cut into pieces and knead for 15 minutes. The dough will be very shiny.

6Let it rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place..
