Ingredients
- 200 grams all-purpose flour
- 140 grams unsalted butter
- 60 grams sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch salt
- 300 grams nutella
Directions

1Softly mix all the ingredients for the pasta frolla until you have an homogeneous dough

2Put it in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes

3Flatten 2/3 of the dough using a rolling pin (i do not have one, so i have to use an empty bottle, but it works :P )

4Put it into a round cake pan

5Spread nutella on it using a spoon

6Make the borders and using the last 1/3 of dough make a net on the top
-
7Bake in the oven at 180C for ~ 40 minutes
