- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup whole almond
- 5 tablespoons peanut oil (canola works too)
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 34 teaspoon sea salt or 34 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Place the nuts in a zip lock bag along with the oil, and shake them up to coat well.

3In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.

4Open the bag and pour the nuts out into the spice mix, stirring until very well coated.

5Spread nuts in a single layer on baking sheet or sheets.

6Bake about 10 minutes until nuts are lightly golden and roasted.

7Cool to room temperature.
