  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 30 g crushed mixed nuts
  • 30 g walnuts, chopped
  • 30 g almonds, ground
  • 30 g dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 pineapple, halved & flesh diced

    Beat cream cheese until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients, except pineapple, mix well.

    Spoon into pineapple half and decorate with extra nuts & apricots.
