- 1 cup butter Basic
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon walnuts Powdered
- 1 tablespoon sugar ground
- 3 saffron threads
Directions

1Soak almonds overnight.

2Peel and grind to paste with minimal water.

3Or dry over a napkin for a few hours and dry grind to a powder.

4Bring butter to room temperature.

5Crispen the saffron threads over a warm griddle. Crush.
