- 7 c. popped corn
- 1 c. roasted peanuts
- 1 c. pecans
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Remove all unpopped kernels from popped corn. Combine popcorn and nuts in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter or margarine, corn syrup and salt. Stir in cinnamon if desired.

3Cook and stir over medium heat till butter melts and mixture comes to a boil.

4Reduce heat and cook without stirring for 5 more minutes.

5Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.

6Pour over popcorn and nuts and gently stir to coat.

7Bake in 300° oven about 20 minutes stirring after the first 10 minutes.

8Spread mixture on a large piece of foil to cool.
