  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. cake flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Blend butter, nuts and vanilla until smooth; add flour and sugar gradually.

    When thoroughly blended, shape dough into small finger-shaped cookies, place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° until lightly browned.

    Roll in confectioners sugar while still hot.
