- 2/3 c. margarine
- 4 c. oatmeal
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Karo white corn syrup
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Cream together margarine and brown sugar.

2Add oatmeal, syrup and vanilla.

3Then press in 11 x 13-inch ungreased pan.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Cool.

6Then melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter.

7Spread over top of first mixture.

8Cool; cut in bars and remove from pan.

9Refrigerate.
