  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 cups chopped carrots
  • 2 -3 potatoes, cubed
  • 28 ounces tomatoes or 28 ounces tomato juice
  • 12 teaspoon rosemary
  • 12 teaspoon thyme

    Brown beef and veggies in olive oil.

    mix all ingredients in large ziploc bag.

    Lay flat to freeze.

    Coon in crock pot for 6-7 hours on low.

    Can be started from frozen.
