  • 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Combine the egg, milk, oil and honey; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in oats and pecans.

    Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until the second side is golden brown.
