- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- approximately 5 c. bread flour
Directions

1In a large bowl, put first six ingredients.

2Stir well.

3Put yeast in a cup; add 1/2 cup warm water.

4Stir yeast-water and add to bowl.

5Add 5 cups of bread flour.

6Stir.
-
7Add more flour as needed, so it will not be sticky.

8Knead about 10 minutes.

9Must be able to hear bubbles of yeast snapping.

10Let rise several hours.
