- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal (uncooked)
- 1 pkg. chocolate or butterscotch chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs and milk; beat well.

3Add flour and oats; mix.

4Add chips and nuts; mix.

5Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.

6Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.

7These cookies freeze well.

8Or, you can freeze the dough in rolls, then thaw, slice and bake as needed.

9Makes 4 dozen or more, depending on size.
