  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2-1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 qt. cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • Streusel Topping
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 4-2/3 cups yellow cake mix
  • 3-1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Cream Cheese Drizzle
  • - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs, cream cheese, butter, cake mix, sugar and oats in bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium-low speed until well blended, but crumbly.

    Add nuts and cranberries; beat on low speed just until blended.

    Spread onto bottoms of 2 greased half-sheet pans (or spread onto bottom of 1 greased half-sheet pan for trial recipe).

    Streusel Topping: Beat all ingredients in separate bowl with mixer on low speed until well blended, but crumbly; sprinkle over dough.

    Bake in 300 degrees F-convection oven 28 to 30 min.

    Cream Cheese Drizzle: Beat ingredients until well blended; drizzle over dessert.
