  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal (I used steel cut)
  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 1 banana
  • 5 -6 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice

    Blend oatmeal with milk of your choice, add the vanilla, banana and dates and blend until smooth, Add ice and blend until smooth.
