- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix well all ingredients, except pecans.

2Pour mixture into pie shells and sprinkle with the pecans.

3Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 375°.

5Bake for 25 minutes longer.

6Do not overbake.
