- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cake shaped pan.

2Using an electric mixer, cream butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla together.

3Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

5Scoop into pan.

6Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
