  • 75 g butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup flour, minus 2 tablespoons
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

Directions

    Place melted butter, eggs, sugar and milk into a bowl.

    Lightly mix.

    Sift in the carefully measured flour, baking powder and cocoa.

    Using electric beater or a good hand beater, beat until the mixture is well mixed, looks creamy and is slightly paler in colour.

    Pour mixture into patty containers and bake at 175 deg C for about 12 minutes.

    When cooled ice with chocolate icing and place either jelly beans, pebbles or hundreds and thousands on top.
