  • shortbread crust (9 x 13-inch)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip (2 c.)
  • 4 c. ohelo berries, cleaned
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. Knox gelatine

    Fold in Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust.

    Place cleaned berries, water, lemon juice and sugar in pot;

    Continue 3 minutes.
