  • 4 1/2 c. ohelo berries
  • 4 1/2 to 5 c. sugar
  • few slices of lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 pkg. Certo

Directions

    Boil the berries with the 1 tablespoon water until the berries break.

    Combine the other ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring often, until the sauce thickens.
  3. 3
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
