- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Stir together flour and salt.

2Pour oil and cold water into measuring cup (do not stir).

3Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir with fork.

4Form into 2 balls; flatten dough slightly.

5Roll each between 2 (12-inch) squares of waxed paper.

6Peel off top sheet of waxed paper and fit dough, paper side up, into pie plate. Remove paper.

7Fill with favorite filling and repeat with top crust.

8Makes 2 (8 or 9-inch) crusts.
