  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cold milk

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients into pie pan.

    Combine milk with oil in measuring cup.

    Whip with a fork until thick and creamy. Immediately pour all at once over flour mixture.

    Mix with fork until flour is completely dampened.

    Press into shape in pie pan. Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes per pie shell.

    Serve with whipped cream.
