  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 round loaf French or Italian bread
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown pork with onion in skillet, stirring until pork is crumbly; drain.

    Add soup, milk, Colby cheese, butter and parsley; mix well.

    Cut top off bread.

    Remove center of bread carefully, leaving shell intact, reserving center of bread.

    Fill bread shell with pork mixture.

    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
