  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (don't drain)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, butter, eggs, onion and green pepper with cornbread mix. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan 25 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven. Add on top the sour cream and cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
