- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 18 okra pods, sliced
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. cut corn
- salt and paprika to season
Directions

1Brown sliced onion and green pepper in bacon fat.

2Add okra pods; cook 5 minutes and add tomatoes and corn.

3Simmer 15 minutes or until okra is tender; season with salt and paprika.
