- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. bacon fat or oil
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. sliced okra
- 1 c. cut corn
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in bacon fat until soft.

2Add okra for 5 minutes.

3Add tomatoes and corn.

4Simmer for 15 minutes or until okra and corn are done.

5Season with salt and pepper to taste.
