- 3 cups okra, sliced
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup canned tomato
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 cup cracker, crumbed
Directions

1Spread okra in a greased casserole.
