  • 3 cups okra, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup canned tomato
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 cup cracker, crumbed
