- 1 1/2 c. sliced okra
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red and green peppers
- 1/3 c. diced, cooked ham or browned ground beef
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Mix all well.

2Put into 2 1/2 to 3-quart buttered casserole. If too dry, add 1/3 cup water or tomato juice.

3Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
