  • 1 cucumber peeled and diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs diced
  • 2 1/16 cups yogurt sour, or Greek yogurt + the juice of half a lemon
  • 7 ounces cooked shrimp or crab meat, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh dill or fennel leaves, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ice cubes to serve
  • dill
  • lemon juice
  • ice cubes

Directions

    Combine all in the ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a large bowl.

    Chill in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
