- 1 c. stale bread
- 1 c. fresh bread
- 3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Break bread into small pieces.

2Heat milk; pour over bread. Let stand until completely cooled.

3Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and salt.

4Add to bread mixture.

5Mix well. Stir in raisins.

6Pour mixture into buttered baking dish.

7Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
