  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped celery leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 3 qt. corn bread crumbs
  • giblet broth
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Melt butter; cook onion, celery, celery leaves and parsley until tender.

    Mix with bread crumbs.

    Add broth a little at a time until well moistened.

    Bake (covered) in a buttered casserole for 30 minutes at 325° to 350°.

    Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes to crisp the top.
