- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery leaves
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 3 qt. corn bread crumbs
- giblet broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Melt butter; cook onion, celery, celery leaves and parsley until tender.

2Mix with bread crumbs.

3Add broth a little at a time until well moistened.

4Bake (covered) in a buttered casserole for 30 minutes at 325° to 350°.

5Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes to crisp the top.
