- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. cream
- 1 3/4 c. white syrup
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- sprinkle of salt
Directions

1Boil all together, except nuts and 1 cup cream, over low heat, for 30 minutes.

2Add 2nd cup of cream and boil to firm ball stage (248°).

3Add nuts and pour, without stirring, into well-buttered pan.

4When cold, cut into 1-inch squares.
