  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal; stir in butter, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.

    Mix well; pour into pie shell.

    Reduce oven temperature to 325°; bake for 30 minutes longer.
