Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 1 1/2 pods green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped fine
  • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder (to taste)
  • few drops hot sauce (optional)

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Add all remaining ingredients and additional water (if desired).

    Cook until vegetables are tender or in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours.
