Old Fashioned Fried Cabbage

- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Add cabbage to melted butter in a large frying pan.

2Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, adding salt and paprika after cabbage starts to simmer.

3When cabbage is tender, not mushy, combine cream and vinegar.

4Stir in gently.

5Serve piping hot.
