- 3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 large eggs
- 5 sticks butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
Directions

1Whip butter, then add sugar and cream together.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time.

3Sift together separately the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

4Add to creamed mixture 1/3 to 1/2 at a time.

5Mix well between each addition.

6Add vanilla and mix well.

7Spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and spoon in cake mixture.

8Bake at 325° for about 90 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
