Old Fashioned Raisin Pie

- 2 eggs
- 2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pastry for double pie crusts
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat eggs; add sour cream.

2Stir in raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

3Place this in a 9-inch pie shell.

4Place top crust over filling.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes or more until filling is set.

7If desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.

8(Try baking without top crust.)
