- 5 cups milk
- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dash cinnamon (2 if desired)
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions

1Scald milk with rice.

2Add sugar, salt and cinnamon.

3Pour into casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour 25 minutes or until almost set.

4Stir every 20 minutes.

5Ten to fifteen minutes before pudding is done, add 1/2 cup raisins and mix well.
