- 1/2 c. cool broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- flour for board and rolling pin
- 6 or more c. seasoned boiling broth
Directions

1Mix eggs, cool broth and salt.

2Add 1 1/2 cups flour and stir to make sticky ball.

3Turn ball onto floured board and work into least possible flour to keep dough from sticking.

4Roll as thin as possible (if thicker, must cook longer).

5Cut into 1 1/2-inch strips with a knife.
