Ingredients

  • 1 lb farfalle pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 10.5 oz pitted mixed olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped, plus extra to serve

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and return to pan.

    Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saute garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add olives and chili. Cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.

    Add olive mixture to hot pasta with herbs. Season to taste and toss well. Serve sprinkled with extra parsley.
