  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (1/4 lb.)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 25 green olives, well drained on paper towels

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and butter in food processor.

    Blend in flour, cayenne pepper and paprika.

    Wrap 1 teaspoon dough around each olive, covering completely.

    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 13 to 15 minutes.
