- 1 lb. Greek olives, pitted
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
- pinch of dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed in a garlic press
- pepper to taste
- egg yolks, hard-cooked and chopped (for garnish)
- scallions (green part), minced (for garnish)
Directions

1Put olives and olive oil into a blender; puree.

2Blend in remaining ingredients, except yolks and scallions.

3Serve on crackers, or mound in a dish and serve crackers separately. Garnish with egg yolks and scallions.
