- 1/2 c. walnut or pecans
- 1 (12 oz.) jar pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained (reserve the juice)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions

1Place nuts in processing bowl of a food processor.

2Grind until the nuts are finely chopped.

3Transfer to mixing bowl. Place the drained olives in the food processor; grind.

4Put the olives on top of the nuts in mixing bowl.

5Place cream cheese and mayonnaise in food processor; blend well.

6While processor is running, add olive juice and blend well.

7Add cream cheese mixture to nuts and olives.

8Stir to blend.

9Refrigerate until served. Serve with assorted crackers.
