  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Progresso spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
  • 18 large stuffed olives
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients.

    Shape 1/3 of mixture into flat loaf shape in baking pan.

    Center 6 olives down loaf.

    Top with another 1/3 mixture.

    Place two lines of olives down outer sides of loaf.

    Top with remaining mixer and pat firmly.

    Weave bacon over top of loaf, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
