  • black pitted olives
  • green olives
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery
  • 1 can flat anchovies
  • 6 to 8 oz. roasted red peppers, cut in strips
  • 8 to 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • wine vinegar and olive oil
