- 20 Olives
- 100 ml Olive oli
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1/3 kg Mayonaisse
Directions

1Peel the olives and put them with the olive oil in a blender and mix them

2Then strain the mixture

3Add the egg, mustard and the olive mixture in the same blender and start blending

4Keep blending while you add the mayonaisse

5Now you have a really nice olive sauce to serve with bread, octopus, salads or wathever you want
