  • 20 Olives
  • 100 ml Olive oli
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/3 kg Mayonaisse

Directions

    Peel the olives and put them with the olive oil in a blender and mix them

    Then strain the mixture
  3. 3
    Add the egg, mustard and the olive mixture in the same blender and start blending

    Keep blending while you add the mayonaisse
  5. 5
    Now you have a really nice olive sauce to serve with bread, octopus, salads or wathever you want
