  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising or plain may be used)
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • dash of garlic salt
  • smallest size stuffed green olives

Directions

    Have butter and cheese at room temperature.

    Blend them together with fingertips.
  3. 3
    Add flour gradually, blend in well. Add garlic salt and Tabasco and mix well.
  4. 4
    Break off small bits and flatten in palm of hand, using just enough to wrap completely around an olive.
  5. 5
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375° for about 15 minutes.
