- 1 Can Sliced Black Olives, drained
- 1 Can Slided Green Olives, drained
- 1 medium Onion, thinly slided
- 2 medium Sweet Red Peppers, cut in julienne strips
- 1 handful of Raisins
- For the Sauce:
- Extra Virgen Olive Oil, to stirfry
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Directions

1Strirfry in e.v.o.o. the onion with the red pepper for about 5 minutes, when the onion is almost transparent, add the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Stir.

2Add the olives, raisins and cook for another 5 minutes or less, until the flavors mix. Taste and correct flavors.

3Sirve olives (use a pierced spoon to avoid drippings) with crackers.
