Ingredients

  • 1 Can Sliced Black Olives, drained
  • 1 Can Slided Green Olives, drained
  • 1 medium Onion, thinly slided
  • 2 medium Sweet Red Peppers, cut in julienne strips
  • 1 handful of Raisins
  • For the Sauce:
  • Extra Virgen Olive Oil, to stirfry
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Directions

    Strirfry in e.v.o.o. the onion with the red pepper for about 5 minutes, when the onion is almost transparent, add the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Stir.

    Add the olives, raisins and cook for another 5 minutes or less, until the flavors mix. Taste and correct flavors.

    Sirve olives (use a pierced spoon to avoid drippings) with crackers.
