  • 1/2 c. fat-free egg substitute
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/3 c. chopped cooked lean ham
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1 c. shredded skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 c. nonfat Ranch Style dressing
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 5 whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted

Directions

    Stir the egg, water, basil, ham and onion together.

    Pour into hot skillet and cook until glossy.

    Add cheese.

    In small bowl, stir together the dressing and mustard.

    Spread on one half of cooked muffin.

    Spoon egg mixture on and make sandwich.
