- 1/2 c. fat-free egg substitute
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/3 c. chopped cooked lean ham
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 c. shredded skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. nonfat Ranch Style dressing
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 5 whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted
Directions

1Stir the egg, water, basil, ham and onion together.

2Pour into hot skillet and cook until glossy.

3Add cheese.

4In small bowl, stir together the dressing and mustard.

5Spread on one half of cooked muffin.

6Spoon egg mixture on and make sandwich.
