- 18 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 4 chopped green onions
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Mix together eggs, basil, salt, milk and sour cream.

2Add mushrooms, green onions and Cheddar cheese.

3Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Pour mixture over butter.

5Keep overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes, uncovered.
